THE PERFECT HOSTESS
Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Cotton yarn embroidered on grey flannel, rulers, brass nuts & bolts, 17.5"h x 17.5" w and 25.5"h x 17.5" w A guest (with a gift for honing in on the Achilles heel) cuts right to the heart of every hostess's nightmare: a filthy house, stale food and drunkenness. These notes (one on the back of a cash register receipt) were left scattered about the house on the night of our annual Christmas party. Among Uncle Toadstool's obsessions are heights and his dad's grey flannel dress pants. |
